For the picture below I was able to have genotypes from one dragon and figure out how to change them to match another dragon. Before coming to the match I was able to see how certain genes being changed had an affect on the phenotype of the dragon.

Here I had 2 fruit flies that were homozygous LL and homozygous Ll and I had to figure out the probability of their offspring having long wings.

Genotype refers to the genes of an individual for a certain trait, in the fruit flies scenario it was the long wings LL or Ll.
Phenotype refers to the visible expression of the genotype, like changing the color of the dragons.
Allele refers to an alternative form of the gene and occur at the same locus on homologous chromosomes.
Cross refers to the trait crosses like the fruit flies with LL and Ll.
Dominant is the allele that has the upper case letter like LL or Ll, L is dominant for long winged fruit flies.
Recessive is the allele that is lower case.
